You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States (contiguous 48) using USPS and UPS Ground. For expedited shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, go to the Just Ask! page to get answers to your questions. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you both after your order is placed and when the order is shipped. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax or insurance costs.

G-COR ships all orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekends (on this website or on eBay) are shipped on Monday.

G-COR is closed on Saturday and Sunday.  Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Orders should be placed by 2:00 on weekdays in order to get them into that day’s UPS shipments.  Items going via USPS generally ship the next day as our USPS pickup is in the a.m.

G-COR is happy to provide local pickup.

But it is best that you place your order on the phone instead of the website to reduce confusion over shipping. We cannot refund shipping if you place the order online.

G-COR does not provide local delivery services.

Yes, but there is a time deadline as we use UPS for this service.

Overnight shipments should be completed by 2:00 to allow time to pick, pack, and label for UPS pickup.

The online system will automatically charge sales tax for in-state shipments.

If G-COR has your tax number on file it would be better to place the order by phone.
If G-COR does not have your tax number on file again we should establish a proper business relationship beginning with a phone conversation.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your purchase for a prompt refund or exchange. (Note: Installed electrical and solenoid products are not returnable.) Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

All products must be returned in the original box, with the original packing material, with the original packing slip. All boxes must have the Return Goods Authorization number written on the outside. Call directly (800) 486-1636 to get your RGA number for returns.

As some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (either because of size or national customs restrictions) the process can be expedited by sending a message to Margarita Ordonez if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
